China Film Animation is one of only two government-authorized joint ventures between the Chinese film industry and a North American movie group. It is the only venture with approval to do animation for Chinese and international media.

expenses including rush charges, shipping charges, wire transfer fees,
and production charges will be charged in addition to the cost of the
media. A $120.00 minimum rush charge may apply to any production related
work that is performed three business days prior to material deadlines.
